Children, 12 & under, are invited to come in costume and enjoy Ohio Valley Mall's Halloween Costume Party & Fall Festival from Noon - 2:30pm on Saturday, October 24. There will be balloon art, games, informational booths and treats. Don't miss the Friendship March at 2pm at Cente Court. This event is FREE! Bring a friend.
