The Wheeling Police Department, Belmont County Sheriff's Office, Ohio Valley Mall and many more organizations are delivering cheer to the children of the Ohio Valley, benefitting the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley. Donate new, unwrapped gifts and make monetary donations to the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley during Operation Toy Lift on Saturday, December 6 from 10am-4pm in the Parking Lot Near Ulta Beauty.
