Ohio Valley Mall opens at 6am on Black Friday! The first 200 shoppers, 18 & older with a valid ID, outside the Main Entrance Doors will receive a FREE SWAG Bag filled with coupons, flyers & giveaways! There will also be a chocolate bar in every bag, guaranteed to have a prize of $10 or more! One per person, per campaign. While supplies last.
