Cutest Pet Contest - Halloween Edition

The Ohio Valley Mall and the Belmont County Animal Shelter are once again partnering to host the Cutest Pet Contest on Saturday, October 18 at 11am at Center Court! Registration is a $10 donation to Belmont County Cat Stray Shun.

There will be prizes for categories including Halloween Costume, Best Look-a-Like with the Owner, Best Tricks, Most Unusual, Just Because and Cutest Pet Overall.

All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier. All events are subject to cancellation or change without notice. See Customer Service for details.
